On AKFIT’s website, customers can Request a Virtual Meeting with AKFIT staff. The system displays available dates and times (as set on the backend by AKFIT). The customer chooses a date and time convenient for them, and clicks the Request Meeting button. Both customer and AKFIT are sent a video meeting invitation, including a meeting link and all scheduling details.
The customer clicks on the meeting link at the scheduled meeting time, and they will be taken directly to their Magnifi video call, which is customized to reflect AKFIT’s brand and company colours.
