Ted has an extensive background in technology and marketing, having founded the New Media Technology Group at Young & Rubicam Canada in 1996 as well as co-founding and latterly exiting digital agency, One in 2015. Ted also has extensive board and governance experience, having served as the founding President of the Internet Advertising Bureau of Canada, the North American Chair of the Alliance for Audited Media and a director of CBC/Radio-Canada.

Co-Founder & CEO of Positive Venture Group (PVG) Canada, Jason has spent 25 years providing operational and financial expertise to rapidly growing companies. Former positions include: COO/CFO of Conversant (formerly MOSAID), VP Finance & Principal Accounting Officer at AVID Technologies, CFO of IBM’s Business Analytics Division (Cognos).

Robert combines 25 years of technical and business experience to craft an optimal balance between client needs and profitability. Previously Director of Technology at Sandbox Advertising (formerly One Advertising), he’s led the delivery of digital solutions for clients such as Molson Coors, Fountain Tire and H&R Block. As an independent consultant, Robert has developed systems for POS, inventory management, customer loyalty, ecommerce and healthcare.

Aimable joined the company in November 2017 as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst. He has since been promoted to QA Lead. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and has over 15 years experience in Information Technology performing diverse roles including Webmaster, Systems Administrator, Change Management Coordinator, and Help Desk Team Lead.

Jennifer Radford

Technology & Marketing Lead

A lifelong computer nerd, Jennifer joined Magnifi in 2019 as a QA Analyst. Her role has since evolved to include UI design, workflow, website design/coding, marketing, and technical consulting. Jennifer’s non-technical background is in communications, performance, and arts administration. She was designer of the City of Kingston Arts Fund, a municipal arts funding program which has distributed almost 7 million dollars in arts funding to date.

Mark Wilson

Business Development Lead

Mark Wilson joined Magnifi in March of 2020 as an Account Manager and Business Development Lead. His background is in energy efficiency consulting and greentech. Mark has spent his career occupying a variety of sales, business development and middle management roles.
